I offer a range of holistic services designed to enhance well-being and balance. My Kundalini Yoga sessions combine movement, breath work, and meditation to elevate energy and reduce stress. Bodywork treatments use therapeutic touch and energy healing to release tension and restore harmony. Through Wellbeing @ Work, we provide tailored mindfulness and wellness programs to support employee health and productivity. Additionally, our events and retreats offer immersive experiences for self-discovery, renewal, and transformation, creating space for relaxation and personal growth.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is for everyone and works quickly to give you grace, balance and the ability to remain calm, centered and clear through life’s challenges. yoga is spiritual but not religious and people of all faiths or no particular faith will benefit from practicing it.

What to expect in a Kundalini Yoga Class

A dynamic combination of postures, breathing exercises, meditation and sound which balance body, mind and soul .

Tai Chi

Tai chi is a series of slow, flowing movements, breathing exercises, and is often described as "meditation in motion." This mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. 

Weekly class in Holywood Yacht Club, 1 Kinnegar Rd, Holywood on Wednesdays from 10 to 11am

Bodywork

I’ve been a complementary therapist at Wave Trauma Centre (Belfast) since 2017.  I help people who have been diagnosed with PTSD.    

Bodywork can be very effective in releasing tension and stuck emotions.  I offer treatments in:

Full body massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology

Wellbeing at Work

My Wellbeing at Work courses can help you be more productive, creative and fulfilled.

You will learn a combination of Mindfulness skills, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises which will help you in all aspects of your life, not just your working life.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. A sound healing session involves lying down in a comfortable setting, closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by music instruments like chimes, gongs, and singing bowls.
