Previous Experience
In November 2024 I became a Capacitar tutor (www.capacitar.org)
Capacitar is a method that teaches body-based practices to support healing from trauma, helps people manage emotional challenges and physical symptoms, and fosters team building and personal development. It guides individuals to recognize their own wisdom, strength, and inner resources.
From 2024 to 2025, I completed one year of Feldenkrais training.
The Feldenkrais Method is a gentle, movement-based approach that increases body awareness, improves mobility, and helps release habitual tension patterns. (https://feldenkrais.com/)
My Current Training
I’m currently training in Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing is a body-based approach that helps release stress and trauma by gently bringing awareness to physical sensations, supporting the nervous system in returning to balance.
